It is eight years since Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) turned vigilante in New York City. He’s left the anguish of that city, and gone to the west coast, Los Angeles. Life couldn’t be better – until history repeats itself. After shopping at a local supermarket, Kersey’s daughter Carol (Robin Sherwood) and their housekeeper Rosario (Silvana Gallardo) are followed to their house, then viciously gang-raped and murdered. Kersey once again turns vigilante and takes out the criminals of Los Angeles, whilst trying to track down the ring-leader. Hot on his tail is Inspector Lt. Mankiewicz (Ben Frank) from New York. He let Kersey go free eight years earlier on the advice of his superiors, but is now feeling the heat when Paul starts his attacks in Los Angeles.
