Paul Kersey (Charles Bronson) returns in the fifth and final installment of the Death Wish series. When his fiancée Olivia Regent’s (Lesley-Anne Down) business, daughter and very life are threatened by her mobster ex-husband, Tommy O’Shea (Michael Parks), Paul is faced with a situation that’s he’s sadly familiar with. After Olivia is permanently disfigured by Tommy’s enforcer Freddie ‘Flakes’ (Robert Joy) she and Paul vow to make sure that Tommy is brought to justice. Knowing this, Freddie and two of his associates break into Olivia’s apartment and murder her. Once again, Paul Kersey is forced into the vigilante justice for which the Death Wish movies are famous.
